My name is Paola Tromba and together with my father Giuseppe we welcome our guests. About 300 years ago, our great-great-great grandfather bought the land and built the farm. I welcome the guests and am at their disposal during the stay. Together with my husband Domenico we have a private beach at the Trasimeno Lake where you can come to enjoy the lake, and rent a canoe or paddle surf board.

Agriturismo la Fattoria is an old farmhouse, completely renovated, located near Castiglione del Lago and Lake Trasimeno, in one of the most enchanting areas of Umbria, between Siena, Rome and Perugia.

Inside the farmhouse there is a large garden with a restaurant, also a swimming pool, a small lake for fishing, a volleyball court, a barbecue, parking, games for children and ping pong.

La Fattoria has a total housing surface of over 700 m², divided over nine separate apartments, the restaurant hall and kitchen. Our estate is an oasis of tranquility and beauty, close to the shores of Lake Trasimeno and in one of the most enchanting areas of Umbria. We have renovated all our apartments, and offer fun and relaxation to our guests.

If you want to consider doing something sportive with your family, kids, friends or group, you can opt for our guided canoe or paddle tour of Lake Trasimeno, and combine it with a guided hike of its small island named Isola Maggiore. The farm has a strategic position to visit the many historic cities of Umbria: Todi, Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi, Spoleto. You can also easily reach the south of Tuscany. From the train station in Chiusi you can depart for Rome, a day-trip is logistically possible.

The guests of the farmhouse La Fattoria will be able to take advantage of the facilities to access the services of a sandy, private beach located just in front of the famous Isola Maggiore. Practice water sports such as water skiing and use the canoes, paddle and pedal boats to reach Isola Maggiore, or simply relax under the umbrella enjoying a sunny day and an aperitif at sunset.
