Podere Sant’Anna was an ancient farm where our parents and grandparents grew up while working the fields. The place is full of history of our ancestors, stories of sweat and sacrifice to give their children food and a place where grow up. We decided to rebuild the house with passion to bring back to life this wonderful place, the house has been restored preserving the original architectural features and has been carefully decorated in rural Tuscan style.

Podere Sant’Anna is located on a beautiful hill in Tuscany and consists of five apartments, each one with private terrace. The estate lies in a strategic position between the Tuscan cities Pisa, Siena and Florence, and closer between Volterra and San Gimignano. It is extremely panoramic.

The farmhouse is divided in five fully equipped and furnished apartments, in a cosy style and with all comforts. Guests of the agriturismo can enjoy the panoramic swimming pool of 13 x 6 meters, with a depth of 1,4 – 1,8 meters. The wide garden (5000 m2) has a volleyball field, outside shower and barbecue. Private parking is available. A stable Wi-Fi connection is present in all apartments. The pool has a view to the north, towards the hills of central Tuscany.

One of the main reasons for staying at this location is its favorable geographical position near some of the Tuscan highlights. The cosy villages of Volterra, San Gimignano are easy to drive to, and a visit can be combined with a daytrip to the Chianti area. Besides these smaller highlights, you can easily visit Pisa, Siena and Florence.
