Via della Stella is run by Chiara Vinciarelli, a well-appreciated winemaker in the Valdichiana, between Cortona and Montepulciano. Chiara worked since her childhood on the farm together with her father Francesco who sadly passed away several years ago. He would certainly have been proud of how Chiara takes care of Via della Stella, together with her wonderful team with Deborah and Elisa. She also started a restaurant and organizes wine tasting activities.

A splendid country residence immersed in the green hills of Val di Chiana, a few kilometers from Montepulciano and from Cortona. The residence is composed of two main buildings that have been faithfully and beautifully restored to exhibit their original architectural features.

Farmhouse Via della Stella is a private residence with a housing surface of 530m², divided over nine separate apartments. Each apartment has its own living room, kitchen and one or more bath & bedrooms. The farmhouse has a panoramic and private swimming pool. Its wonderful panoramic position with view over the hills heading up to Montepulciano create a serene atmosphere.

We are in the Valdichiana area, which is the southeast of Tuscany, roughly between Arezzo, Cortona and Siena. Besides those cities themselves, you can combine different destinations in a day trip:

- Lake Trasimeno for a day on / on the water
- Pienza / Montepulciano / Val d'Orcia
- Perugia / Assisi
- San Gimignano / Siena

The Autostrada A1 and Siena-Perugia motorways ensure that travel times are shorter compared to other parts of Tuscany. Florence is easily accessible by train for a day trip, which prevents parking and driving in the city. You could even consider visiting Rome by high-velocity train from Arezzo, a trip of 70 minutes. On the south side of the Trasimeno lake there is a water park with several pools and slides.
