Villa Monticelli is a prestigious luxury estate in the heart of Tuscany with a private infinity pool, large garden and gym. Guests of the villa are guided by Chris Lenders and Monica Capitolini, both hosts with over 15 years of experience in Italy. They are available for assistance with organizing a private chef, excursions, transport and agricultural experiences in Tuscany.

The interior concept of the house combines a blend of contemporary works of art from the owner's private collection, and the prestige of antique pieces, giving to this house a unique character.

The living space includes two large rooms perfect for hosting private parties or relaxing with family and friends in front of the fireplace. Furthermore, there is a large dining room with a table for 12 people and a separate area that can be used as an office equipped with a large table and a colour printer. Guests can enjoy the 17x5 metre infinity pool on two sides, with breathtaking views over the valley stretching from Radicofani to Pienza.

Villa Monticelli has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with two dishwashers, six large burners, two ovens, a microwave and a large refrigerator with a separate freezer and an ice maker.The main patio, covered with roses and equipped with an outdoor grill and pizza oven, offers to the guests an extra space to enjoy meals in addition to its large indoor dining room.

The house has six large bedrooms easily accessible by lift, each furnished with king-size beds and one smaller room with a single bed. All bedrooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and satellite TV as well as air conditioning. The top-floor bedrooms all have stunning views over the valley and gardens, while those on the lower floor have their own private entrance. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, equipped with a shower and hairdryer. In the basement, there is a large laundry area with two washing machines and a tumble dryer.

Villa Monticelli is located in the south of Tuscany, between the hamlets of Sarteano and Radicofani. This area is located between the populous Valdichiana and the wild Val d'Orcia, and it is considered one of the richest and most beautiful in Italy for its culture, beauty and traditions.

On one side, the soft, wooded hills with their superb views stretching as far as the mountains of Lazio and Le Marche, and on the other, the views of the arid and fascinating Val d'Orcia, offer a dimension of nature that surprises and involves. This area not only offers unforgettable landscapes, famous archaeological sites and delicious cuisine but also many activities to simply enjoy: culinary and wine tours, cooking lessons, culture tours with expert guides and drivers, Italian lessons, local events, festivals, concerts, jazz festival, the famous Palio, spas, bike tours, horse riding, golf, plane, helicopter and hot air balloon tours are all valid and entertaining options we will be happy to help you choose among.

Furthermore, for the art lovers, we also own an art gallery dedicated to contemporary art, currently featuring around 300 pieces. If you want to consider doing something sportive with your family, kids, friends or group, you can opt for our guided canoe or paddle tour of Lake Trasimeno, and combine it with a guided hike of its small island named Isola Maggiore. You can also have a wine tasting event at Via della Stella of our friend Chiara Vinciarelli. Upon request Chiara also combines this wine tasting with a lunch.
